DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Selling Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

2. SUBJECT MATTER

This Agreement pertains to the purchase and sale of the following products ("Products") by the Buyer from the Seller:

Products: [Product Descriptions, Quantities, Prices]

3. ORDER AND PAYMENT

The Buyer has placed an order for the Products through the Seller's website. Payment shall be made using the credit card selected by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Seller will process the order upon confirmation of payment.

4. DELIVERY

The Seller will dispatch the Products to the address provided by the Buyer during the order placement. The estimated delivery time is 15 days. The Seller shall inform the Buyer of any delays in delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 7 days from the date the Products are received. To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing or via email.

6. RETURN AND REFUND

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Products must be returned to the Seller in their original condition and packaging. The Seller will refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery costs, within 7 days of receiving the returned Products.

7. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The Seller guarantees that the Products are free from defects and conform to the specifications provided. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
