WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer free Worldwide Express on orders over $100, non-sale items only for premium subscribers, savings club members.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. Please make local research about custom rules of your country before making an order.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fee changes depending on your order’s weight and the distance of your country. We calculate your shipping fee automatically and inform you about the price at cart and checkout page after you enter your country details.
We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
WHAT ARE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AFTER SHIPPING?
Delivery times depend on the availability of the order’s products in the destination country stock and distance of the country
• Some orders are delivered the next day
• Some orders are delivered within 4-7 business days
• Some orders are delivered within 8-15 business days
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Depending on their national rules, some Countries may require additional documents for food products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDERED?
We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is shipped. But until you did not receive a shipment mail from us, you can send us an email asdsad@asdas.com or WhatsApp us +905377448555 about the address change. We will handle it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order unless it’s shipped (within 2-4 hours). We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped. If you would like to return your order, please see our return policy.
